**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**

**Take care of the work environment**:

- Office cleaning and housekeeping:

- Gymnasium and training room
- Toilets and showers
- Cafeteria (dishwasher/microwave)
- Production floor, store, garage
- Laundry room

**Act in support of the Group Comfort Agent**:

- Assemble and disassemble various types of equipment (sports equipment, kiosks, event equipment, etc.)
- Perform landscaping tasks around the office building (spring to fall period: lawn, trees, parking lot, volleyball court, flowers, vegetable garden, skating rink)
- Perform exterior cleaning around the building (windows, parking lot, access areas)
- Provide support in the organization of socio-cultural events and in the set-up and handling of related material (happy hour events, family and co-worker parties, conferences, etc.)
- Make local trips for the purchase of materials
- Provide support in setting up offices and preparing meeting rooms
- Other related duties.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years’ experience in janitorial and maintenance work
- Autonomous and self-driven
- Valid driver's license
- Sense of courtesy, listening skills
- Resourceful
- Bilingual
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
