**Overview**:
Fire+ is Canada’s premier fire protection and life safety solutions provider. We are currently seeking a driven, strategic, and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our growing sales operations across Western Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of seasoned fire protection sales professionals across Western Canada
- Drive regional sales growth and exceed performance targets through active leadership and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with building owners, facility managers, engineers, architects, general contractors, and electrical contractors
- Design and implement sales quotas and budgets; track performance to ensure consistent overachievement of sales targets
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to support team members in complex sales cycles and key account strategies
- Represent Fire+ at client meetings, trade events, and industry forums to promote our market presence and offerings
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional goals with national objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience (7+ years) leading sales teams in the fire protection and life safety industry or a related technical field
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing high-performance sales teams
- Strong business development capabilities and a strategic mindset
- Proficient in developing budgets, sales forecasting, and KPI management
- In-depth knowledge of fire and life safety systems and industry regulations
- Established network within the construction, fire protection, and property management sectors
- Self-starter with excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
