**Responsibilities**
- Stage and show living spaces
- Advertise and market living spaces
- Finds and reaches out to new prospects
- Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
- Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
- Schedule and Attend most of the on-site property inspections with the clients
- to identify the demands of Sellers and Buyers
- Maintain good relationship with the clients for future needs.

**Qualifications**
- Must be Organized, Friendly and service-Minded
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Desirable, Aggressive and Passionate for Selling and Closing the deals
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
