We are currently looking for a **Support Analyst** to join our team at Nissan and Infinity Canada in **Mississauga**.

**Schedule**:

- Hybrid work schedule**:Monday & Tuesday**: Onsite. **Wednesday, Thursday & Friday**: Working from home
- **Hours**: 9am to 5:30pm

**Pay Rate**: $30/hr + 4% vacation pay.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Policy and Procedure Expertise**: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in policies and procedures related to NCESI products, facilitating the processing of exception requests and making recommendations.
- **Performance Reporting**: Review performance summary reports and guide dealer and field staff to improve KPIs in upcoming cycles related to sales and claims processing.
- **System Support**: Assist NCESI Dealer Support and System Supervisor in updating pricing, setting up and updating NCESI programs, generating monthly reports, vendor invoice payments, reconciling dealer billings including chargebacks, and issuing refund cheques.
- **Special Projects**: Perform tasks and special projects as assigned by NCESI System Supervisor or Operations Manager.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Education**: University or College diploma in, business, finance, mathematics, statistics, automotive or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of solid reporting and data analysis experience in finance or automotive industries or global companies related experience.
- **Technical Skills**:Intermedium to advance level of Excel. Experience with Tableau is an asset. Strong computer skills, data analysis and eager to learn new systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Additional Requirements**:Updated Driver's Licence is required. A MVR will be complete as part of the hiring screenings.
