**The Role**

As the Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll own and optimize our digital marketing funnel from strategy to execution. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, create high-converting assets, and use data to continuously improve performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and manage full-funnel lead generation strategies
- Create landing pages, lead magnets, ad copy, and nurture sequences
- Track performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversions) using GA4 and CRM tools
- Conduct A/B testing to improve results
- Manage CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in digital marketing or lead generation
- Hands-on experience with paid media and funnel-building
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics tools
- Proficient with platforms like ClickFunnels, GA4, and major ad networks
- Excellent copywriting and campaign execution skills

**Bonus Skills**
- Automotive or retail experience
- SEO or organic lead gen knowledge
- Basic design (Canva, Figma)
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models
