**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service, taking orders, and assisting guests with their dining needs. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to food safety standards and sanitized properly before serving.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively.
- Manage time efficiently during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all tables.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to help team members and collaborate for smooth operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
