**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the used car department, including inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and increase market share.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the buying process.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly and stay competitive in the industry.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Proficiency in math for pricing calculations and financial analysis.
- Experience with sales pipeline management and retail sales techniques.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- A passion for automobiles and understanding of the used car market dynamics.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC license (required)
