Good Day Autos is a reputable automotive dealership in Oakville, looking for partners in success.

We will be providing training.

**Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Acting as a liaison between clients and management.
- Collaborating with sales and administrative teams to close sales and process paperwork
- **Filing, organizing,** scanning, faxing, etc.
- Conducting test drives, preparing vehicles for sale, and ensuring accurate documentation
- Licensing vehicles at service Ontario locations.
- **Detailing vehicles** to ensure a clean, showroom-ready appearance
- Photographing vehicles for sale purposes.
- Posting on our website and social media platforms.
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
- Organizing the car lot, ensuring all vehicles are neatly displayed and easily accessible
- Other general duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Holds a G class Ontario driver's license.
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required
- Common sense and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work with our customers to understand their needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Professional positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment.
- knowledge of vehicle detailing techniques.
- Ability to preform tasks that require moderate physical activities when needed.
- Carries themselves with confidence and uses appropriate deescalation tactics when needed.
- Familiar with computers (MS Office).
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Office Administration & Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Car Detailing: 1 year (preferred)

- Class G Licence (required)
