Customer Experience Specialist

**About the role**:
As the CX Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding and optimizing the customer experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle and across all touchpoints with the brand. This will involve collaboration with various teams and individuals of the business.
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience or related field
- Understanding Tableau or similar analytic product
- Experience with MS office suite
- Industry experience

**What we are looking for**:
This is a key role within the team and would suit someone who has strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English a must. This would also suit someone who has the ability to work with executive level audience/stakeholders.
