A successful oil and gas service company is in need of additional field installers and Yard Laborers with heavy equipment experience. We are the only full service acoustical sound control system designer and installer of drilling rig noise mitigation systems available for rental or purchase in stock ready to be installed on any site anywhere in the world. Must be able to commute to our office in Red Deer.

Field installers would be installing, tearing down and maintaining our rental material. This position requires a comfort level working in the elements year round while running heavy equipment and working at heights. Travel, general labor and warehouse duties occasionally included.

**Required Experience**:

- Load/unload transport trucks, completing BOL's for each load.
- Prepare product for upcoming jobs, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good working order.
- Asses and repair damaged product (patching of panels, installing new skins or sound blankets, replacing bolts on clips, lubing hardware where required, assembling hardware.)
- Sort and inspect product returning to yard, return product to inventory in designated area and packaged in set quantities as determined by Operations Coordinator.
- Communicate with Operations Coordinator regularly to discuss daily tasks.
- Ensure yard and shop are organized as per Operations Coordinators direction.
- Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed for yard/shop.
- Perform monthly safety inspection on facility.
- Complete JSA daily outlining tasks to be completed at the shop as well as hazard ids.
- Maintain accurate and up to date inventory of rental material located on jobsites and laydown yards in the ERP system.
- Track and schedule repair of damaged materials, as needed.
- Oversee contractors working at the shop when required and ensure contractors follow safe work practices.
- Perform hotshots throughout Western Canada when required, following DOT regulations for Hours of Service, Drivers Logs, Proper Load Securement.
- Follow On-Call schedule as set by Canadian Area Manager.
- Be fit for duty and available outside of normal work hours when on call.
- Assist with field installs/removals as required.
- Travel up to 50% as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report as driving company vehicles is necessary.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Heavy equipment (skid steer, reach forklift etc) experience a plus.
- Any oil field experience

- Technical background a plus

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
