**Salary Range**:$22.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience) with a _**$500 signing bonus after 12 months of consecutive employment.**_

**Location**:Various locations throughout the Lower Mainland.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Be able to follow instructions provided by Landscape Supervisor while completing tasks with high-quality results and in assigned time frames.
- Ensure equipment and tools are in good operating order and crew members are trained in proper and safe operations, including power tools, tampers, cut-off saws etc.
- Must be able to operate skid steers and excavators.
- Compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations to complete assigned work safely and effectively.
- Maintenance of tools and other equipment, perform minor maintenance (paid by the company) and document any issues as they arise.
- Provide excellent customer service and positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Participate in all training and performance reviews as assigned; GRN may sponsor additional education.
- Perform any general labour assignments as needed.
- Be willing to learn all aspects of a landscape construction project.
- Clear communication with office on a daily basis

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid **Class 5 Drivers Licence **(or equivalent) (required).
- Must be able to provide a clean driver's abstract (required).

**Experience**:

- 1 year experience in landscaping (required).
