Therapeutic Aesthetics is a growing and award-winning Canadian chain of aesthetic and skincare clinics, specializing in filler and Botox treatments. We are currently hiring for the position of Client Experience Consultant for our Burlington, Ontario clinic.

**Role Overview**:
The Client Experience Consultant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience for our patients, while supporting their monthly sales goals. They will anticipate client needs during all interactions, including appointment bookings, clinic visits, and post-treatment follow ups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously support a professional, warm, and welcoming patient experience that retains and develops relationships
- Act as first point of contact with new patients during the consultation process
- Greet patients, book appointments and proactively increase sales of clinic services to support patient needs through follow up activities and meet sales goals
- Process payments related to clinic services using a POS (point of sale machine)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a solutions-oriented approach to supporting patient inquiries and follow ups
- Open and close reception area, and maintain a clean and tidy clinic environment

- A passion for creating exceptional client experiences
- A warm, supportive and professional demeanor
- Resourceful with a keen ability to effectively find solutions to client requests
- An affinity for our services and patients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engender trust and build strong relationships
- Experience with/affinity for consultative selling
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented
- Completion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma is considered an asset
- 1 + years' experience in a retail, administrative, or front desk environment is considered an asset
- Previous experience working in the medical beauty or aesthetics industry is considered an asset

**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
