**JFE Shoji Power Canada Inc. is looking for a Client Experience Specialist in Burlington, ON** **What you'll do as a Client Experience Specialist**: The primary objective of this position is to provide all the necessary work to ensure the order fulfilment process is carried out from receipt of order to shipment. You will be responsible to provide excellent communication to our clients on the status of orders, quotes or any concerns and questions they may have. You will work very closely with our operations teams and provide support to the Business Development Managers. **& the Duties...** - Nurturing both new and long-standing client relationships to gain understanding of their business needs - Reviewing client order volumes vs sales forecast and reporting fluctuations - Managing new processes with our clients, our internal production team, and Business Development Manager’s - Receiving and documenting client opportunities and provide follow-up with clients after resolution - Providing information to clients concerning products, services, schedules, rates, regulations, and policies - Promptly issuing order acknowledgements to clients and keep them updated as their order progresses through to delivery - Attending client meetings to maintain client relationships and future needs - Receipt of client orders and ensure they are appropriately triaged and assisted - Maintaining up to date records of client approvals for new designs - Entering orders into company ERP System with great attention to detail - Creating work orders for client requisitions - Manage the process of designs for new parts - Expedite orders as needed - Manage any changes and cancellations of orders - Maintaining and managing orders on Client’s spreadsheets or Website Portals - Manage and update pricing per client’s agreements in ERP System - Provide client drawings and specifications to the Engineering team for review and approval - Work closely with Operations and Production Planning to ensure order status as well as order balancing on various production lines - Attend scheduled production meetings on daily basis for updates on order status - Request credits and process product returns or rejections or issue replacement orders - Work with Finance on accounting issues - Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment - Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and determination to succeed **About you, simply stated**: It goes without saying that you are an extremely detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage a high volume of work and data entry with a remarkable level of accuracy.
