**Job Scope**: Exhibit inside sales and coordinate all freight prior to move-ins and outs for all shows.

**Job Duties**:

- Primary duty is to attend YRC Freight Canada shows and manage move-ins and outs working with show managers, exhibitors and YRC Freight Canada operational personnel.
- Work with advance warehouse freight as well as all exhibit freight moving within the YRC Freight Canada network.
- Work closely with operations and city dispatch on staging freight and coordinating loads and equipment.
- Solicit freight from an exhibitor at the shows who have not already booked their booths and show freight with YRC Freight Canada.
- Work with the exhibit manager on advance warehouse procedures, on hand reports for show management and the overall coordination of future shows.
- Performing all other tasks associated with serving trade show customers and other duties as may be assigned.

**Competencies / Requirements**:

- Completion of secondary school education or equivalent required.
- **English-French Bilingua**l verbal and written communication skills required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Customer service or inside sales experience required.
- Trade show experience mandatory.
- Post-secondary education in Transportation or Business Management preferred.
- Experience in Dock, City Dispatch or Linehaul Operations preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- On-call, variable hours including nights, and weekend work.
- Travelling to the various tradeshow
- A combination of in-office work and on-site trade show work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dorval, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Night Shift (preferred)

- 50% (preferred)
