We are currently looking for a full-time **Dispatch / Road Service Coordinator** for our **Dorval, QC**branch. The Road Service Coordinator is directly responsible for the management of the Road Service Team and the facilitation of repairs and maintenance of customer equipment and for ensuring that the work is done expeditiously and correctly.
- Dispatch Technicians to handle service requests and preventive maintenance (PM)
- Take, record and prioritize customer calls for service requests
- Compile and complete customer summary invoicing
- Maintain Technician time log
- Answering internal and customer service calls
- Daily payroll time card entry
- Opening and closing work orders, including accurately recording story lines into each order
- Invoicing & accounts receivables assistance
- PM running & monitoring throughout the month
- PM tracking reports & audit completed work for weekly meeting
- PM scheduling for technicians
- Work in process (WIP) assistance to dispatch proper technician (closest technician with correct skill set) to our customers
- Fleetmatics (Geotab) monitoring to ensure technicians are on time at field accounts
- Responsible for various reports (PM's completed, overtime, non-productive clocking, first start tracking, tracker audits)
- Organize and follow up service van maintenances
- Assist Technicians with finding technical data
- Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bilingual French and English (mandatory)
- Previous dispatching, warranty administrative or mechanic experience is highly preferred
- A strong technical knowledge base is desired to answer technician questions
- Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous ERP experience is a plus.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customers

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **Coordonnateur(trice) de la répartition / du service routier** à temps plein pour notre succursale de **Dorval, QC**. Le coordonnateur(trice) du service routier est directement responsable de la gestion de l'équipe du service routier et de la facilitation des réparations et de l'entretien des équipements des clients, ainsi que de veiller à ce que le travail soit effectué rapidement et correctement.
- Répartition des techniciens pour traiter les demandes de service et la maintenance préventive (MP)
- Prendre, enregistrer et hiérarchiser les appels des clients pour les demandes de service
- Compiler et compléter la facturation récapitulative des clients
- Tenir le registre des heures des techniciens
- Répondre aux appels internes et aux appels du service client
- Saisir quotidiennement les heures sur la carte de pointage
- Ouvrir et clôturer les bons de travail, y compris enregistrer avec précision l'historique dans chaque commande
- Assistance à la facturation et aux comptes clients
- Exécution et suivi de la maintenance préventive tout au long du mois
- Rapports de suivi de la maintenance préventive et audit des travaux terminés pour la réunion hebdomadaire
- Planification de la maintenance préventive pour les techniciens
- Assistance au travail en cours pour envoyer le technicien approprié (le technicien le plus proche ayant les compétences requises) chez nos clients
- Surveillance de Fleetmatics (Geotab) pour s'assurer que les techniciens sont à l'heure sur les comptes de terrain
- Responsable de divers rapports (PM terminés, heures supplémentaires, pointage non productif, suivi des premiers démarrages, audits des trackers)
