**Job Objective(s)**:
In this role the clerk be responsible for supporting warranty and safe order fulfillment, successful completion of tasks required by the site lead or manager, assist in any special projects, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

- Must be punctual, with a good attendance record
- Follows instructions quickly, safely and accurately
- Demonstrates flexibility in daily task assignments and performs other general warehouse tasks, as assigned
- Effectively communicates, understands oral instructions, reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals
- Basic math and computer skills including the ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work with lead or manager on order assignments
- Print warranty & safe orders and interpret orders accurately
- Be flexible in daily work duties as assigned based on business needs
- Process Small Parcel/BOL/Routing/ASN/Safes & warranty orders
- Process tracking numbers for warranty orders
- Greet guests at the front desk
- Assist in getting orders out in all areas of the warehouse based on business needs
- Adheres to safety and quality to accurately pick and pack orders using established work practices
- Identify and clearly communicate all fulfillment issues
- Supports QA audits and inventory tasks based on business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
