Under the supervision of the Shipping Manager, the Shipping Clerk assists in the smooth running of the shipping process.

- ERP System Management: Efficiently use the ERP system to manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory tracking.
- Creating Delivery Notes: Generate and manage delivery notes for outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Printing Labels: Print and affix shipping labels to packages, ensuring all items are correctly labeled for shipment.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile inventory records, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Receiving Shipments: Process paperwork for incoming shipments against purchase orders, ensuring all items are received in good condition.
- Appointment Booking: Booking pickup and delivery appointments with carriers and logistics for all incoming/outgoing products.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions, including updating the ERP system.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any shipping or receiving issues

**Education**:

- High school diploma;

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in shipping
