**Company Profile**:
We are seeking a detail oriented and accurate order entry and customer service representative. Working with a team of 5-6 staff the role requires exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment. Recording customer/client calls by inputting order detail for dispatch and billing purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Numeracy and mathematical aptitude as it relates to price & quantity on orders.
- Strong attention to detail and willing to take initiative.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and high volumes.

**Experience**
- Customer service experience desired.
- Experience with Point of Entry sales systems.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in construction, landscaping, call centre and logistics

**Education**
- University an asset

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to confidently explain information to customers and drivers
- Computer aptitude
- Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products.
- Familiarity with landscaping materials and aptitude for learning product pricing/dimensions
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment.
- Achievement-motivated to work with Reimer Soils Ltd.to set and surpass realistic goals

**Working Conditions**:
Near bus route on east side of the city.
- Primarily office/trailer setting with occasional excursion into yard to meet with staff.
- noise level is usually moderate but with a high volume of inbound calls.
- Yard may become dusty/noisy at times.

**Work Hours**
- 7:00 am-7:00 pm
- Varying/flexible shifts
- Monday to Saturday
- Potential for overtime

**Job Types**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.80 per hour

Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
