Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? Stella-Jones is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in New Westminster, BC In this role, you'll handle invoicing, inventory transactions, supplier payments, and maintain accurate accounting records.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer invoicing in the ERP system.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Verify freight costs and ensure accurate billing.
- Review delivery documents to confirm Proof of Delivery before invoicing.
- Coordinate customer-owned inventory reconciliation with Sales and Operations.
- Assist with month-end duties, including report generation and account reconciliations.
- Maintain organized records for audits.
- Cross-train with Accounting and Administrative staff and provide backup as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of related experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to monitor financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
