We are seeking a **Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk** who will contribute to our commitment to excellence in property management. This individual will maintain and process payables, prepare cash flow statements, and maintain vendor information/vendor database & vendor relations.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Printing, Labeling, Distributing invoices for payment
- Performing cheque runs & mailing cheques
- Updating vendor change of address and setting up new vendors
- Responding to vendors’ account inquiries
- Sorting and filing documents in a timely manner
- Assisting the Property Accountants and Managers with inquires as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- AP experience - minimum 1 year
- Strata industry experience an asset
- Intermediate working skills in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, & Quickbooks

Our riverfront main office is located in downtown New Westminster, just steps away from Columbia Skytrain station. Our portfolio consists of properties in New Westminster, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey and the Tri-Cities.

This is an in-office position from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
