Starting from a single store in North Vancouver, we now have 12 stores across the lower mainland and have Canada's largest retail inventory of comfort products -- and we're still growing. ** We are looking for a sales associate who is able to quickly develop into a Kay Holder/Assistant Manager with a flexible approach to working and covering multiple locations throughout Burnaby - Vancouver - North Vancouver.
- *Responsibilities*
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cut and shape foam products to the specifications of our customers
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers *Requirements*
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Basic mathematics understanding including fractions and decimals
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed Shift:
