POSITION OVERVIEW

The Specialist, Executive Program - BDC Academy is responsible for developing, selling and managing the delivery, in person and virtual leadership and management skills development programs that address complex business issues faced by entrepreneurs and are aligned with BDC priorities. He/she also participates in the development and integration of new and innovative cross-functional delivery modes that include education, and group/cohort delivery dynamics. These require a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understanding of business issues, the market, consulting operations and the organization.

He/she acts as a content, process and governance expert and exercises an influence role with management, authorities and work teams. He/she works with professionals, external partners and stakeholders working in various fields of expertise to mobilize the resources required to deliver the expected results. He/she manages all risks, deliverables and desired results of these projects and ensures their proper execution.

He/she establishes and manages the business development strategy in conjunction with the various stakeholders (Business Development, Financing, Partnerships, etc.). He/she oversees the campaigns of the various Academy programs in a transversal manner with the stakeholders. In partnership with the Business Development team, he/she is accountable for the sales of the Academy programs to ensure optimal cohort sizes for client impact. He/she provides Business Development level mentoring to other Academy resources

He/she acts as the Master of Ceremonies for, among others, the cohorts made up of CEOs from large and high growth companies. He/she is the BDC representative to these cohorts. He/she ensures that a strong peer-to-peer dynamic is developped to create a transformational impact with these clients. He/she will develop a strong relationship with each of the CEO's to ensure their satisfaction and drive sales of other Academy programs.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Contribute to the Advisory Services strategy through the development and optimization of education and solution delivery programs in a cohort/group format.- Develop new and innovative cross-cutting delivery modes that include education, and group/cohort delivery dynamics, in partnership with internal (Advisory Services, Funding, CCTE, Partnership, etc.) and external partners- Manage transformational strategic Academy projects (complex, multi-stakeholder)- Manage the Academy's course/program corpus to ensure that it is always adapted and optimized to the needs of the various segments served and BDC's strategic priorities while ensuring rapid growth of the Academy and high satisfaction among our clients- Recommend program renewals, adjustments, launches and/or withdrawals in order to always maximize the impact and reach of the programs.- Ensure that all programs are well designed (architecture, programs and customer journey, including integration of content across all solutions (Consulting, Financing, etc) to increase synergy and alignment across the organization)- Report on the performance of the various programs against key performance indicators.- Plan, organize, optimize and contribute to the execution of multiple high-impact entrepreneurial education program development projects simultaneously.- Establish and manage the Academy's business development strategy in concert with various stakeholders (Business Development, Financing, Partnerships, etc.)- Oversee the promotional campaigns of the various Academy programs in conjunction with the various stakeholders- Continuously train/coach Academy employees in customer relations and business development- Manage the
