- Entry of absences in Mystore (holidays, bank of time used, sickness, etc.)
- Banking time in time banks
- Production of weekly report using Excel
- Keep Netrhis personal information up to date using Mystore messages
- Perform retroactive salary change calculations and entry into Nethris
- Departure of employees, preparation of the last payroll, ROE and entry into Nethris
- Ranking
- Any other related task
- 2 years of payroll experience
- Bilingual (French/English) both oral and written
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel, Word etc
- Ability to provide administrative support
- Good communication skills
- Versatility and adaptability to changes
- Ability to manage priorities
- Ability to manage a high volume of timesheets
- Ability to work under tight deadline pressure
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Knowledge of employment laws and standards (an asset)
- ACP title, in the process of obtaining it or interested in taking the training (an asset)
- Knowledge of Nethris or Employer D payroll software (an asset)
