Job Description*
The Role & Responsibilities*
The Brand Activation team is accountable for the overall strategy, planning and activation of partnerships, events, GURU university program and Trade Activation.
**Your main responsibilities as a Brand Activation Manager**
- Responsible for fully leveraging each sponsorship investment by developing yearly sponsorship plans, asset negotiation/valuation, on-site activation, content development in collaboration with the brand team, internal/external communication of sponsorships, advertising, plus post event reporting.
- Manage internal stakeholders to execute the sponsorship initiatives to promote brand, business, and products.
- Act as a corporate representative and key point of contact for-day-to day interactions with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the greater marketing team, other business divisions as brand marketing, creative & digital to develop activation strategies and event plans.
- Lead the development of creative briefs and event plans through flawless execution.
- Participate On-site to the activation of the programs and Events.
- Manage Trade Activation programs as needed.
- Accountable for budget development and management.
Qualifications*
The most important thing is personalitybut here are some points on experience and expertise we sought*:
- Bachelor’s in marketing or communication
- 6+ years of experience in the partnership, sponsorship & events sector
- 3+ years experience in managing a team
- Experience in managing Budget and timelines
- Cross functional experience
- Agency experience is an asset
- University program management is a big plus
- Experience in sport sponsorship
- Experience in negotiation with major partners
- Outstanding communication English & French (verbal & written)
