Un poste à temps plein **ou**à temps partiel (20-35 heures/semaine) est disponible immédiatement au sein de l'équipe de recherche du Dr Michael Goldfarb, cardiologue en soins intensifs et chercheur à l'Institut Lady Davis.

**Rôle et responsabilités**

Contribuer au recrutement de participants pour les études en cours de l'équipe de recherche, par les moyens suivants:

- Identifier et approcher les participants éligibles pour les études respectives,
- Obtenir le consentement informé des participants,
- en inscrivant les participants aux études appropriées,
- en offrant aux patients une expérience positive dans le respect du protocole de l'étude,
- Collecter les données pertinentes conformément aux lignes directrices du protocole de recherche ;
- Maintenir une communication et une collaboration efficaces avec les autres membres de l'équipe de recherche,
- Établir de bonnes relations avec le personnel de santé lors du recrutement (infirmières, médecins, etc.).

**Qualifications**
- Bilingue : français et anglais
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Organisé et soucieux du détail
- Diplôme DEC
- Diplôme Baccalauréat est un atout.
- Une bonne connaissance de REDCap est un atout.

**Informations générales**
- Salaire : 22-26 $/heure en fonction des qualifications et de l'expertise.
- Heures de travail : 20-35 heures par semaine (4-8 heures/jour, 4-5 jours/semaine) ; horaires flexibles
- Durée du contrat : 6 mois, avec possibilité de renouvellement

**Role and Responsibilities**

Contribute to participant recruitment for the research team’s ongoing trials, through:

- Identifying and approaching eligible participants for the respective trials,
- Obtaining the informed consent of participants,
- Enrolling participants into appropriate trials,
- Providing positive patient experiences in adherence with study protocol,
- Collecting pertinent data in accordance with research protocol guidelines;
- Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with other research team members,
- Building good rapport with healthcare staff while recruiting (nurses, physicians, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual: French and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- DEC degree
- Bachelor's degree is an asset
- Familiarity with REDCap is an asset

**General Information**
- **Pay**: $22-26/hour according to qualifications and expertise
- **Hours of Work**: 20-35 hours per week (4-8 hours/day, 4-5 days/week); flexible hours
- **Duration of contract**: 6-months, with possibility of renewal
