**About the Role**

We’re looking for a client-focused **Ostomy Care & AADL Solutions Specialist** who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This hands-on role combines client care, product education, and support services—both behind the scenes and on the front line.

**What You’ll Do**

**Order & Inventory Management**
- Process orders using our POS system, including invoicing and AADL billing
- Pack and prepare items for delivery or pickup
- Track special orders and follow up with clients
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing products

**Communication & Scheduling**
- Answer a high volume of client calls with patience and professionalism
- Schedule appointments for fittings and consultations
- Coordinate deliveries and manage client expectations

**Team Collaboration**
- Support your team with day-to-day tasks, including returns, restocking, and more
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service

**Client Support & Education**
- Educate clients on ostomy care, including product fitting, usage, and troubleshooting
- Fit hernia belts and guide clients in choosing the right medical products

**Sales Floor Support**
- Help walk-in clients find what they need—from bracing and incontinence products to bath safety and mobility aids
- Provide hands-on product recommendations, fittings, and adjustments

**What We’re Looking For**

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Are compassionate, patient, and empathetic
- Have experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field (ostomy or AADL experience is a bonus)
- Are comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
- Thrive in a busy environment and can manage multiple tasks at once
- Are detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
- Enjoy working collaboratively with a team
- Feel confident educating clients about medical products and solutions
