**Schedule**:
- Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Possibility of future Saturday rotations
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure adequate knowledge of medical supply products with particular focus on: safety/toileting equipment, walkers and mobility aids, incontinence, ostomy care, and general aids to daily living.
- Receive inbound calls from therapists to facilitate orders, joint visits, and coordinate product delivery
- Answer phone and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Accurately enter customer orders and ensure documentation flow
- Liaise with med supplies to ensure products on hand, and order processing
- Reach out to industry reps for product related assistance
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes is essential.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and health information management practices.
- A background in clinic or hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Strong relationship building skills with both individual customers and clinicians, as well as internal staff
- General proficiency with business software and customer management tools
- Motivated and interested in growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Front-Desk Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
