Gerex Security Inc. is now hiring for responsible and mature individuals to work on-call basis for events/fire scenes/construction sites.
- Be mínimal 19 years of age
- Able to acquire and hold a valid Security License for the province of New Brunswick
- Pass a criminal background check
- Education/Experience is not required but is considered and asset (will train those who are hired without)
- First Aid/CPR not required but is considered an asset
- Bilingual not required but is considered an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours and occasionally travel

**Summary**

As a Security Guard, you will be essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring premises, conducting surveillance, and implementing loss prevention strategies. While no prior experience is required, having First Aid and CPR certifications will be advantageous. Your core skills will be complemented by premium skills in law enforcement and relevant skills in CCTV operation, ensuring that you effectively protect our assets and uphold safety standards. **Responsibilities**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and loss prevention teams as required.
