Barback (Bartender Support)

**This is a part-time to casual position with shifts on Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm to 3:30am. We are looking for two individuals who will split the available shifts. Additional hours may be available for private functions and downtown events. You will receive your hourly wage and tips as well**

**No experience is needed, just a great attitude and willingness to learn**

In this position you will be supporting the bartenders with all the behind the scenes work that makes it possible to make great cocktails and pour cold pints of draught.

It's a great spot to start your career in the bartending industry and the first stepping stone to let you see what bartending is all about.

Your core responsibility will be ensuring that each bartender has what they need to continue service at all times.

This will involve:

- Restocking bottles and garnishes.
- Preparing garnishes for cocktails.
- Refilling ice wells and garnish stations.
- Changing kegs.
- Organizing the keg fridge.
- Cleaning behind the bar.
- Bussing glassware.
- Cleaning and stocking glassware.

**Requirements**:

- Able to lift 100 pounds.
- Able to stand for 8 hours.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 6.5 - 13 per week
