We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated _Restaurant Manager_ to join our team with the Camino Group (El Camino, Datsun, Riviera, Giulia.). As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining the highest standards of service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Leading and Supervising: You will oversee the entire front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in training, motivating, and supervising staff to deliver top-notch service.

2. Customer Satisfaction: Your primary focus will be on ensuring that guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will personally interact with patrons, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring their needs are met.

3. Service Standards: Upholding the restaurant's standards is essential. You will work closely with the Chef and Director of Operations to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service.

4. Staff Training and Development: You will conduct ongoing training sessions to ensure that staff are knowledgeable about the menu, wine pairings, and service protocols. Continuous improvement and professional development will be a key aspect of your role.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to make recommendations and pairings
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle high-pressure situations

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
