**MCL Power Inc.** is currently hiring a motivated **Electrical Foreman** to oversee commercial projects in and around the **Edmonton Area**.

This in-town position offers stable, Monday-Friday shifts for **local** residents. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and is committed to safety and quality.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of journeyman and apprentices on-site.
- Assist with or complete project start-ups alongside management.
- Prepare and execute work plans to ensure correct and efficient installs.
- Assign manpower based on capabilities.
- Create and review project schedules with the Project Manager.
- Lead by example regarding safety, attitude, work ethic, and respect.
- Review and implement site-specific safety plans.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High attention to detail, work productively, and take pride in workmanship (perform tasks correctly)
- Ability to work on the tools as required
- Other tasks as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience running **commercial** electrical projects - Required
- CSTS 09 or CSTS 2020 - Required
- WHMIS 2015 - Required
- LSE ( Leadership for Safety Excellence)
- Preferred
- Standard First Aid - Preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License - Required.
