Electrical Foreman/woman for New Commercial Construction

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team to ensure timely project completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Manage material orders to ensure efficiency of the project.
- Work out solutions for onsite issues
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall project.
- Work with management on layouts and project schedules.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in budgeting and construction techniques.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding and implementation of codes as required on site
- Experience in supervising teams in a construction environment.
- Familiarity with quality control processes in electrical installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build effective solutions on-site.

Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
