Credit Returns Clerk

The Credit Returns Clerk will be part of the Inventory Control team and will be responsible for ensuring all product returns and credits are processed and returned to stock on a daily basis. As well, they will handle the selection and processing of invoices for the daily customer pick-ups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driver check in daily for returns and credits
- Processing of credits based on product returned
- Returning inventory to stock or garbage on a daily basis
- Cycle counting the locations of the returned product and if a selection error the other location
- Ensure HACCP regulations are being followed as to temperature control of product
- Focus on customer service excellence both internal and external
- Picking of calling orders as required
- Invoicing customer picks in a timely fashion
- Loading customer vehicles
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Inventory Control Lead

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in different temperature zones/warehouse environment
- Continual standing
