**Position Summary**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Estimation: Preparing quantity estimates and quotations based on customer requests by gathering all required information in a timely manner.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication is essential to deliver and follow-up with estimates to internal and external clients. Communication is constant throughout the entire bid process.
- Organizes and implements strategies to increase profitability by assisting in value design work, supporting the sales force with follow up and negotiations with clients to compliment sales.
- Assess pricing per project in cooperation with territory managers and the regional sales manager, to win business while maintaining acceptable profit margins.

**Qualifications**:

- Construction Estimation, Architectural Technology, or post-secondary diploma within a similar field.
- 3-5 years of estimating experience with preference within ICI construction industry. Previous experience in metal wall cladding, metal roofing systems, insulated metal panels, and composite panel systems would be an asset.
- Computer savvy; strong proficiency with MS Office, SAP and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam and/or other estimating programs.
- Demonstrated ability to think in 3D and business minded
- Ability to speak both official languages would be an asset
