Sales Associate, Full Time The Dufresne Group is the largest licensee of Ashley in Canada, with locations from B.C. to Ontario. We’re looking for a guest‑centric, goal‑oriented Sales Associate to help make life better for our guests and communities. Location: Calgary store at 88 Heritage Gate SE. As a Sales Team Member you will be the face of the Ashley brand, backed by the support and coaching of Store Leaders and Sales Managers to create a fun, collaborative sales environment. Responsibilities Provide product knowledge, features and benefits to inform guests’ purchase decisions. Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals. Ensure stock availability when making a sale. Enter sales orders accurately and process payments. Manage open orders and delivery timelines. Develop and maintain a prospect system, including outbound calls, leads from eCommerce chats, web, telesales, appointments and walk‑in traffic. Maintain knowledge of competitor pricing, programs, products, and service. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through professional development, manager coaching and online learning. Qualifications High school diploma. 2+ years sales experience in retail, commissioned sales, marketing, or related areas preferred. Proven selling skills and strong sales approach. Desirable: Ability to create, design and coordinate attractive room settings. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Well‑organized and able to follow through tasks to completion. Experience with MS Office products and ability to learn in‑house computer programs and technology. Available to work long hours standing, including days, evenings, and weekends. Can lift and move products up to 30 pounds without a lifting device.
