**About Us**:
Itshere is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company specializing in digital solutions for the logistics and delivery industry. Our innovative platform includes a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a Delivery Management System (DMS) used by logistics providers to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform QA testing on WMS and DMS modules to identify bugs and performance issues
- Collaborate with developers and operations team to report and resolve issues
- Analyze current client workflows and suggest process improvements
- Support the onboarding and training of new clients using our platform
- Document bugs, test cases, and training guides as needed
- Continuously monitor system usability and gather user feedback for improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in QA, software testing, or logistics/fulfillment operations preferred
- Strong understanding of web-based platforms; experience with WMS/DMS is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Must be available to work from our **Vancouver office**

**Working Hours**:

- 15 to 25 hours per week
- Flexible daytime hours; in-office presence required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
