**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Utilize Facebook market place or similar property management software to track leasing activities and manage tenant information.
- Address tenant concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and promote available properties.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with property management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and office administration tasks is essential.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software will be advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with potential tenants are crucial for success in this role.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) can enhance operational efficiency.

Note - This job posting does not include a base pay. The pay scale is based on commissions earned.

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
