Inside Fluid Handling Sales Trainee

We currently have an opportunity for Inside Sales Trainee looking after Fluid handling, Lubrication, DEF, Waste Oil, & Grease Pump Packages. This exciting new role also has the potential to become split inside/outside sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotation packages, review detailed specifications including technical deviations lists as required to provide custom costing and prepare formal quotations in an accurate and timely fashion.
- follow up on bids with customers
- Monitor Inventory levels and advise manager/supervisor of low levels of inventory
- Prepare submittal packages for approval.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, advanced product coordination and special-order handling.
- Provide customers and sales team with technical assistance and product information.
- Provide counter sales and phone support.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attending product training as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Working knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of pump function
