**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the restaurant's standards of excellence.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including the receipt and proper storage of food supplies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor food stock levels and report any shortages or issues to the kitchen supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- At least two years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required.
**Salary**: $19/hr plus tips
