Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our meals. **Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Cook and plate meals according to established standards
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
