Community Manager - Haven Workspace, NOTL

Ready to be part of something awesome? Haven, Niagara-on-the-Lake's first coworking space, is looking for a rockstar Community Manager to help create an incredible workspace experience

Part-Time Position (Contractor)
Location: 242 Mary St, NOTL (Must work on-site)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
Helping to create a vibrant business community while supporting founders in making this space the go-to workspace destination for professionals in NOTL. If you love connecting with people, have killer organizational skills, and get excited about building something from the ground up, we want you on our team.

Work with us and:

- Welcome members and guests with your awesome personality at our reception
- Manage the space's day-to-day operations (keeping it clean, stocked, and running smoothly)
- Build and nurture our community through events, Slack engagement, and IRL connections
- Assist with social media presence (especially Instagram) with creative flair
- Manage meeting room and podcast room bookings as well as member inquiries
- Ensure the space is always looking its best
- Coordinate with our cleaning service reps and maintenance
- Track inventory and handle ordering supplies
- Help organize and implement community events
- Assisting the founders with task and calendar management

Must-Haves:

- Previous experience in community management, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and natural people-person vibes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with social media platforms and basic tech tools
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently
- Available to work during business hours (M-F, 9am-6pm)

Major Bonus Points:
