Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor cashiering activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage store schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and manage the store budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Implement sales management techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize mathematical skills for inventory management, cash handling, and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in store management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in time management and prioritization.
- Budgeting experience and strong financial acumen.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Sales management experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and financial analysis.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
