**About the Opportunity**
**Duties and Responsibilities**Assists in managing the end-to-end creative project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. Ensures projects stay on schedule, and all stakeholders are informed about project status.- Maintains a well-organized library of creative assets, including images, videos, graphics, and other content, including ensuring easy access for internal teams and external partners- Maintains our inventory of physical merchandise and coordinates intake and distribution with stakeholders- Provides administrative assistance, such as scheduling meetings, organizing presentations, and managing project documentation and invoices- Assists in coordinating with external designers, illustrations, artists, copy writers, photographers, videographers, production partners and other vendors as needed for creative projects- Proactively identifies opportunities for process optimization and contributes to the enhancement and efficiency of creative workflow and production processes- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Leadership- Assists the creative studio with production design needs- Manages production of printed materials (requesting estimates, preparing files for print, etc.)
**Education and Experience**Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field/equivalent- Minimum 2-5 years of related experience
**Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**Strong knowledge of local real estate market is considered an asset- Collaborative, creative, flexible, and innovative team player with an ability to work effectively with peers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, always maintains composure and an action-oriented attitude- Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills with good judgment to make timely and sound decisions- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow- Acute attention to detail- Experience with MS Office and Google Suite- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production for both print and digital
**Working Conditions**- Our home office is located just outside of Granville Island in Kitsilano and this role is primarily office based with some flexibility to work remotely- Ability to travel as required- From time to time, may be required to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs and be able to assist with photoshoot set up/take down
