**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Reception/Sales Admin is responsible to look after the receptionist area and act as a key person in administration, coordination and logistic related to vehicle inventory, sales data and delivery transactions input.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**RECEPTION**
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and with a cheerful **Voice & Smile**. Do not leave callers on hold for more than 30 seconds.
- Greet customers with present manner
- Handle incoming deliveries and shuttle pickup arrangement
- Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner at ALL TIMES.
- Write up messages with proper info (name, tel number, date & time of call). Be sure to give messages to the proper person in a timely manner
- Manage Customer Activity Log

**SALES ADMINISTRATION**

Licensing

Garage Register

Inventory Management

Handles all dealer trade duties

Deliveries

Deal file folders

**Skills Required**:

- Polite and professional and customer service focused
- Previous dealership experience is essential
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self motivated, ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills combined with a HIGH ATTENTION to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
