We are currently looking for full-time **Finish Carpenters**to join our team. These positions are based out of Winnipeg, MB.

Duties include:

- Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and install millwork for interior doors, windows, casings, baseboards, etc.
- Install interior doors, door hardware, fixtures
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other duties as required

Skills Required:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred, willing to train
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for 8+ hour shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and/or scaffoldings
- Keen attention to detail and ability to adhere to high standards
- Listens attentively and follows instructions carefully
- Extensive experience with use of power and hand tools such as miter saws, compressors, nailers, skills saws, etc.
- Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
- Dependable; able to work independently and as a team player
