The Construction division of Northland Properties Corporation is looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter for its construction project in Winnipeg/MB.

Reporting to the foreman, our Finish Carpenter must work efficiently to meet project specifications and deadlines, ensuring effective communication with supervisors and team members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Your key duties will include:

- Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors and windows.
- Install Doors and door hardware.
- Install vanities and cabinets.
- Install bathroom accessories and artwork.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Support the growth and development of company culture and professionally represent Northland Properties
- Performs other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- +2 years of working experience as a Finish Carpenter
- Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet 10-12 hours/day working in outdoor weather and/or unregulated temperatures
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and use proper lifting techniques for heavy items weighing more than 25 kilograms
- Must be able to climb scaffoldings
