Concrete Finisher

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications.
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand tools and heavy equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Ensure proper installation techniques are followed for durability and aesthetics.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople during the renovation process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles.
- Strong skills in heavy lifting, installation, and flooring installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and hand tools used in concrete work.
- Knowledge of renovation processes is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
