MQHS’ dynamic Tenant Relations Team is driven to deliver the best housing experience to our customers and are seeking an enthusiastic **Tenant Relations Liaison** to work within the Tenant Relations Department supporting a good working relationship between our tenants and MQHS Housing Society.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work in diverse communities supporting tenant well-being
- Clarification of MQHS policies and guidelines at MQHS buildings and properties
- Work closely with the Tenant Relations Team in resolving tenant issues
- Makes recommendations regarding appropriate tenancy placements
- Carries out unit inspections with Maintenance Department
- Enter reports and information into Arcori Property Management system (Training Provided)

Preferred Qualifications
- Computer experience in MS Office Suite
- Experience working in the housing sector with general knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act
- Degree in a Social Work-related field or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of confidentiality principles is compulsory
- Interact effectively and tactfully with people of various backgrounds and cultures
