We are looking for an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our small, passionate team. This key role will be responsible for managing project tracking, production schedules, as well as accounting and coordination aspects.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounting tasks: invoicing, accounts payable, payment tracking, payroll.
- Administrative follow-up of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate production schedules with the team.
- Coordinate deliveries and installations.
- Monitor budgets and margins per project.
- Purchase from external suppliers.
- Purchase office supplies, coffee, water, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism (French/English) is essential.
- Experience in administrative management and/or accounting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.

**Working Conditions**:

- On-site position for 4 days per week.
- 1 day of remote work per week.
- Group insurance.
