Parts Coordinator

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Possession of a related post-related education and/or background in agricultural equipment parts are definite assets
- Previous experience with EZ Parts or other parts order system is preferred
- Minimum 2 years a customer service capacity
- Ability to read blueprints and good understanding of vehicle parts
- Must be customer focused and possess excellent communication and phone skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Electronic Cataloguing
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to work in a busy office environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Tractor Dealers with parts orders
- Determine availability, provide pricing, complete appropriate paperwork, coordinate shipping
- Resolve issues and/or discrepancies
- Manage all return procedures and related administrative functions
- Provide exceptional customer service
